Whenever I'm going out during the end-of-summer-beginning-of-fall months, I feel like I'm always looking for what's appropriate to wear. It's either scorching hot or about 70 degrees in California during September until about January...so there is no use for scarves, sweaters and hot pumpkin spiced lattes.

During the Sept. - January months I'm looking for something cool, comfortable and cute enough to wear out for a night on the town that's 'seasonally-neutral'. I love pairing crop tops and skirts, and this skirt is long enough to keep my leggies warm if it cools down but I'm still cool enough for those warm days/nights. If it gets too cool out, pop a leather jacket on with this look and you're good to go!
